Scope and acceptance

These Website Terms of Use apply to insigniacapitalcorp.com and ICC forms that link to them. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Insignia Capital Corp. By clicking Submit with the acceptance statement and conspicuous Terms of Use link, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains information practices; acceptance does not waive privacy rights.

Who we are

Insignia Capital Corp. is a California real estate broker, DRE #02165282, NMLS #2332531, and is licensed by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation under the California Financing Law, License #60DBO-205722. Business-purpose real estate financing only; no loans for personal, family or household use.

Business-purpose financing and inquiries

We provide business-purpose real estate financing and do not make consumer loans. The actual use of proceeds determines eligibility; individual vesting or residential collateral does not by itself establish or disprove business purpose. You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the submitted information. Brokers and representatives must have authority to act for the applicant.

Human review and separate financing agreements

The lead form collects project information for staff review. It does not calculate a rate, approve or prequalify a loan, lock pricing, commit us to lend, or authorize a credit report. Any proposed terms require human validation, underwriting and applicable written agreements. These descriptions do not change legally applicable application, notice or recordkeeping duties.

Rates, availability and timing

Website rates, leverage, programs and timelines are general information and may change. Actual terms depend on the borrower, project, collateral, market conditions and underwriting. Financing is offered only where legally permitted; program availability may vary by state. Any commitment or rate lock must be established in the applicable written agreement.

Permitted use

You may view and print reasonable portions of this website to evaluate financing for yourself or a business you represent. Keep ownership notices intact. We and our licensors own the content, logos, images and software. Do not reuse protected material without permission, access systems without authority, introduce harmful code, impersonate others or submit unauthorized or deceptive information.

Contact choices

Submitting the form requests individual calls, emails or texts about your inquiry under the disclosure beside Submit. You may withdraw permission at any time. Newsletter signup is separate. See the Privacy Policy for choices and opt-out methods. Inquiry permission does not authorize unrelated marketing or automated/artificial/prerecorded-voice calls.

Confidential information and feedback

Personal information and financing submissions are handled under our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not submit sensitive identifiers, bank records, or passwords through public forms or ordinary email; request an approved secure channel. General nonconfidential website suggestions may be used without payment. This does not authorize reuse of personal information, loan files, or testimonials.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages from website use. This does not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or nonwaivable liability or remedies. You agree to reimburse reasonable losses and legal costs from third-party claims caused by your unlawful website use or intentional violation of others’ rights, but not claims caused by our conduct or your good-faith exercise of legal rights.

Governing law and disputes

California law and applicable federal law govern, subject to mandatory state protections. Where permitted, disputes may be brought in Los Angeles County state or federal courts. No guaranteed forum or remedy is restricted; these terms impose no arbitration or class-action/jury waiver.

Updates and separate agreements

We post revisions with an updated date and provide additional notice as required. Changes do not retroactively expand consent or modify signed financing agreements. Separate application, loan, servicing, and electronic-delivery agreements control their subjects. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Website access may be restricted for misuse or security reasons.
